CoverUp of Fraudulent Excommunication

Recent Discovery: In February 2001, Danny Shabat fraudulently induced Rabbi Schwartz of the C.R.C. to confirm in writing the C.R.C.'s recognition of Rabbi Fuerst's excommunication!

You ask: How could the C.R.C. give Aaron Thomas permission to maintain a claim in civil court against the Shabats and simultaneously honor Rabbi Fuerst's excommunication condemning Aaron Thomas for "blasphemously suing the Shabats in civil court"?!

Possible Answer? Cleverness of Danny Shabat. Here's how it would have worked:

Immediately after Rabbi Fuerst issued the fraudulent Excommunication three-and-a-half years ago, and before Aaron Thomas sounded the alarm, Danny Shabat cleverly sought to pre-emptively provide vindication for the Excommunication.

So Danny asked Rabbi Schwartz (in writing) if the C.R.C. was honoring a "siruv" order reportedly issued by Rabbi Fuerst against Aaron Thomas for refusing to appear before Rabbi Fuerst's Beit Din. (Now realize, that even with C.R.C. Beit Din permission to be in civil court, I was still obligated to respond to a Rabbi Fuerst summons, which I did of course.) Apparently, Danny concealed from Rabbi Schwartz that the "siruv" was actually issued against Aaron Thomas for "blasphemously suing the Shabats in civil court."

The unsuspecting Rabbi Schwartz wrote back to Danny, that the C.R.C. honors the "siruv" imposed by the Beit Din of Rabbi Fuerst.

Access to Danny Shabat's February 11, 2001, letter to Rabbi Schwartz, is being requested from the C.R.C.

Below is the text of the letter to the C.R.C. requesting access to the important February 11, 2001, Danny Shabat-Rabbi Schwartz letter; followed by the official C.R.C. response.

Dear Rabbi Schwartz,

As you apparently know, I have been "siruv" excommunicated since November 2000 by Rabbi Fuerst due to my alleged actions and inactions deemed by Rabbi Fuerst to be sufficiently serious violations of the halacha. These actions and inactions revolve around a claim against Danny and Margie Shabat that I was attempting to pursue in the C.R.C. Beit Din per my application for Din Torah of September 3, 1998.

In public circulation is your very brief letter of February 14, 2001, to Danny Shabat, wherein you state that the C.R.C. Beit Din recognizes Rabbi Fuerst's siruv of "Mr. Thomas". Although not explicitly stated, this is being interpreted to refer to me - Aaron Thomas.

There is also other vagueness preventing proper interpretation of your February 14 letter which has tremendous importance to me. This vagueness would be objectively dispelled to a large degree if Danny Shabat's letter of February 11, 2001, which you referenced in your February 14, 2001 letter, were made available to me, or my representative.

Your brief letter recognizing my excommunication states explicitly to Mr. Shabat that it "is in response to your questions in your letter of February 11, 2001." Obviously, your answers cannot be properly understood without seeing Danny Shabat's letter containing the questions.

Because of your position, my fate rests to a large degree on your letter addressing my status, which has become a public document. Since your letter explicitly and essentially appends itself to Mr. Shabat's letter, as an answer is appended to a question, I feel I have every moral right in the world to have access to Mr. Shabat's letter to Rabbi Schwartz of February 11, 2001.

Accordingly, I hereby respectfully request that me or my representative be allowed access to the original Danny Shabat letter to Rabbi Schwartz of February 11, 2001, at whatever address you prefer, no later than Monday, July 26, 2004, 10:00 a.m. Please have the Beit Din's secretary confirm (by fax to 901-681-9008) the time and the place of said access, no later than Friday, July 23, 2001, 11:00 a.m.

The above time restraints are absolutely essential to the effective assessment of my status by appropriate authorities.

Ten days ago, I tried speaking to you by telephone regarding this letter, but your secretary said she had your instructions to tell me that Rabbi Schwartz will not speak to me then, nor would he give me an appointment to speak with me.

Respectfully yours,

P.S. This letter will be published on Monday, July 26, 2001, 1:00 p.m., at www.ProjectTruth.info and it will be included in a follow-up letter going out to my fellow Jews immediately after Tisha Be'Av, unless I receive some reasonable request not to.

C.R.C. Official Response to the Above Letter: Rabbi Schwartz has responded through the C.R.C. Executive Director, Rabbi Joseph Ozarowski, that no access will be allowed to the February 11, 2001, Shabat-Rabbi Schwartz letter. Explanation Given: The February 11, 2001, Shabat-Rabbi Schwartz letter was a private correspondence, and Aaron Thomas' request does not present sufficient reason to make an exception to the general rule and policy that private correspondence remain private.
